Overview
AWS's budgeting and marketing analytics tools were powerful, but too complex for the marketers and analysts who depended on them most.
I led the end-to-end UX design to simplify onboarding, reduce cognitive load, and surface actionable insights at the right moment in the workflow for the different personas that used the product.
The result: a 22% increase in feature adoption across AWS FinTech systems.
